My 4 favorite smoothies

Hi loves!

Today I want to share with you my 4 favorite smoothies and how you can make them at home 🙂 When ever I need an energy boost or when I’m feeling nauseous, I’ll blend up some fruits and make a smoothie. I’ll honestly make a smoothie whenever, pretty much obsessed with them ?

1. Kale smoothie

This is a super healthy smoothie, don’t be afraid of kale! This tropical smoothie tastes more like pineapple and banana, it just happens to be bright green.

Ingredients

♥ 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

♥ 1 cup chopped kale

♥ 1 banana, cut in chunks

♥ 1 cup milk (you can always add some more if needed)

2. Blueberry-Strawberry smoothie

This is the smoothie I make when I have left over blueberries and strawberries that are a little bit overripe. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious! It also gives you an energy boost, so when I am studying, I’ll most likely make this smoothie 🙂

Ingredients

♥ 1 cup strawberries

♥ 1/2 cup blueberries

♥ 2/3 cup milk or yogurt

♥ 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

3. Mango-Pineapple smoothie

This was my and my boyfriend’s favorite smoothie on Aruba. To me it seemed like such a weird combination, but once we tried it, we drank one almost every weekend 😀

Ingredients

♥ 1 cup mango pieces

♥ 1 cup pineapple pieces

♥ 2/3 cup milk (or more if needed)

♥ 2 teaspoons sugar

4. Banana smoothie

This is by far the easiest smoothie to make, it takes less than 5 minutes. I mostly make this smoothie when I come home with some fries and want something tasty to drink ?

Ingredients

♥ 2 bananas

♥ 1 cup milk (or more if needed)

♥ 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
